As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our marketing strategy and execution, generating leads and accelerating business growth. • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives
• Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and events
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum return on investment (ROI)
• Generate high-quality leads that convert into paying customers
• Develop and manage relationships with key marketing partners and vendors
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Create compelling content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies) that educates and engages our target audience
• Stay up to date on the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and growth
• Strong understanding of the B2B software buyer journey and marketing funnel
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to make data driven decisions in the face of ambiguity
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of the Energy industry a plus

We are seeking an Accounting Manager (3-Month Contract) with strong accounting and financial expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations and have a deep understanding of best practices for job time and material contracts. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. If you have a passion for Software/technology and accounting, we want to meet you!

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
• Familiarity with Quickbooks, and ERP systems to record time/materials
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy

• Certification or degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools like QuickBooks, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
